Vegan Recipe's for muscle building | Chef Mike Rashid 😁

Vegan & Gluten free Spaghetti
1 package of gluten free brown rice speghetti boiled in 4 quarts of water

1 bag of ground meatless meat (wholefoods)
Cook in skillet with 2 table spoons of coconut oil for 5 minutes

1 half cup of Mezzetta Home Made Tomato & Basil sauce in a sauce pan for 5 minutes

Mix it all up and enjoy.

This meal only takes around 10-15 minutes to make.
