3 EASY VEGAN BREAKFAST RECIPES | PLANT-BASED & LESS THAN 15 MINUTES



In this video, I share with you 3 easy vegan, plant-based breakfast recipes that take 15 minutes or less to make!

My name’s Lauren and I’m a Registered Dietitian who specializes in plant-based nutrition.

Recipes:
Smoothie:
1 banana
A handful of frozen strawberries
Kale (1-2 cups to taste)
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/4 cup oatmeal
2 tbsp flaxseeds
1 tsp cinnamon
Enough water or plant-based milk to blend (about 1-2 cups)

Overnight oats:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup plant-based milk
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp maple syrup
Toppings of your choice: berries, banana, nuts or seeds

Tofu scramble:
1 block extra firm tofu
1 tbsp olive oil
1 red pepper
1 cup of kale
2 cloves of garlic
1/4 red onion
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/4 cup plant-based milk
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp black pepper
