Pancakes:
– 3/4 cup plain flour
– 1 tsp maca powder
– 1/2 tsp baking powder
– 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
– 3 tbsp maple syrup
– 1/2 cup soy milk

Granola:
– 1/2 cup oats
– 1/4 cup raw almonds
– 1/4 cup hemp seeds
– 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
– 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
– 1 tbsp cacao powder
– 1 tbsp rice malt syrup
– 2 tbsp coconut oil
– 1 tsp vanilla essence
– 5 dates
Roasted for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees celcius or until golden and crunchy

Savoury Crepes:
– 1 cup plain flour
– 1 tbsp raw sugar
– 1 flax egg (3 tbsp water mixed with 1 tbsp flax meal)
– 1 1/4 cup soy milk
– 1 tsp vanilla
Stuffed with cherry tomatoes, spinach, vegan cheese

Quinoa Porridge:
– 3/4 cup quinoa
– 2 cups soy milk
– 1/4 cup chia seeds
– 1 tbsp vanilla essence
– 2 tbsp rice malt syrup

Raspberry Compote:
– 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
– 2 tbsp rice malt syrup
– 1 tsp vanilla essence
– 2 tbsp chia seeds

Breakfast Bowl:
– 1/2 sweet potato, cubed and coated in olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic and pepper and roasted for 40 mins at 180 degrees celcius
– 1/3 block Hero Foods chickpea tempeh, cubed coated in bbq sauce, salt and paprika and roasted for 20 mins at 180 degrees celcius
– 1 small handful spinach and 5 cos lettuce leaves, chopped finely and massaged with 1/2 an avocado, juice of 1/2 a lime, salt and pepper
– 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
– served with a wedge of lemon, hemp seeds and sprouts

Breakfast Burritos:
– 1/4 cup canned black beans, washed and fried in olive oil, paprika, garlic and salt
– 2 medium-sized tortillas
– vegan cheese (as desired)
– served with guac*

Guacamole:
– 1/2 an avocado
– juice of 1/2 a lemon
– pinch of salt
– pinch of pepper

Hash Browns:
– 2 x medium-sized white potatoes, peeled, cubed and boiled until super soft
– 2 tbsp parsley
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp pepper
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tbsp olive oil
Fried over the heat until golden (or you could bake for 40 mins for a crispier experience hahaha)
