Tomato Curry with Coconut Gravy (Kerala Style)| Vegan Recipe

Ingredients:
Tomatoes – 2 cups
Onion – ¾ cup
Garlic – sliced, 1tbsp
Green chillies – 1-2
Curry leaves – 8-10
Dry red chilli – 1-2
Coconut gravy: 1 ½ cup grated coconut, ½ tsp cumin seeds (jeera), 1 + ½ cup water
Spices – ½ tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 2 tsp coriander powdder, 1 tsp red chilli powder
Cooking oil – 2-3 tbsp
Salt to taste
